Prudence Halliwell, also known as Prue, was born on the 28th October 1970 making her a Scorpio. She was murdered by the Sources personal assassin Shax. As a child Prue was raised buy her grandmother due to her absent father and her mother being killed when she was young by the Water demon. Prue often goes back to the lake where her mother was killed to think. Prue worked at a museum with former fiancé Roger but then quit when he took a exhibition and the credit she was due from her. She was hired at Bucklands Auction House by warlock Rex, after he was vanquished Prue had to secure the auction houses future single handed. She later found her real calling as a photographer for Four One Five magazine which she continued to do until her death.

Prue’s favourite sandwich is turkey with no mayonnaise. Her greatest fear was drowning, which she over came, and that someone would kill her sisters. As a child Prue sacrificed her own childhood in order to help raise her sisters, after her mother died, and since then she has always felt protective over them. The same went to her innocents she showed the same devotion to the people she had to save and even died to protect one of them.

Although being the strongest of the sisters is only human and could not stand people talking through the previews at the cinema. Prue also liked to argue but when she was nervous she would always pick her cuticles. When she was young she and Piper shared an apartment in North Beach and wanted to travel back east to become a photo journalist. Prue wears musk the Cartier as perfume which is how Jack claimed he knew how to find her.Prue suffered with poison ivy at camp Skylark.

Love life
Prue and Andy had been lovers in their teens, when he returned to San Francisco they start dating again. Their up and down relationship together drew to a dramatic halt when Andy is was killed at the manor. Prue was forced into marrying a demon but was engaged to mortal Roger until he made a pass at Phoebe. After infiltrating a hit-woman Prue met Bane, who was later jailed. When he is attacked by demons, while serving his time, Bane kidnaps Prue in a plea for help. Although very tempted Prue insists that Bane must go back to jail. For a short while Prue dated co-worker at Bucklands, Jack Sheridan, but later decides to leave the job and him to become a professional photographer.

Powers
Prue’s first power that she was originally blessed with was Telekinesis, the ability to move thing with her mind, using her eyes to channel the power at first. Later she managed to develop her gift and channel it through her hands. She was later given astral projection, the skill of projecting ones self to another place. At first very hard to master but once mastered proved to be a very handy power for her and her sisters in their 'Charmed' lives.

Prue owned a black 1991 Mazda Miata in season 1 but then updated to a 1999 model from 2x01 – 2x19. She later bought a BMW X5 4.4i again in black from 2x20 which she kept until her death in season3. Her number plate was 3EYO691.
