Cole Turner is the human half of the demon Belthazor, spawned from demon mother Elizabeth and his human father Benjamin Coleridge Turner. He was born in 1885 which makes him over 100 years old but was vanquished in 2003. During Cole’s time on the show he managed to kill the triad, fall in love and marry Phoebe, become fully human, become the Source of all evil and even joined the Avatars for a short while. He also worked as a Assistant District Attorney, worked with Paige as a legal aid officer and worked at Jack McCarter and Kline. His original task was to kill the Charmed Ones but when he fell in love with Phoebe his love made it impossible for him to kill her. Cole was one of the biggest storylines running right through the show from the second he entered it. He is one of the most vanquished demons in Charmed.

Love life
Cole Turner and Phoebe Halliwell's love was doomed from the very start. Cole hoped to be able to get close to the sisters to learn about them to figure out the best way to kill them but his "false" love for Phoebe began to over rule him to the point where he was unable to kill her. Phoebe claimed to have vanquished Cole but she really let him go. Cole became human and Phoebe and Cole's love flourished until the Seer made him the source of all evil. Later he was vanquished again but he managed to claw his way back from the demonic wasteland. However, in the end Phoebe vanquished Cole in the alternate reality on the 100th episode but he later returned again one final time to help Piper and to help Phoebe move on with her life to find love in the 150th episode.

Powers
As Belthazor he has the powers of powers of phyrokinesis, energy balls, shimmering and telekinesis, the book warns witches to avoid him at all costs. As the Source and a avatar has has as many powers beyond count. Cole also has a extensive knowledge of potions and spells. He has killed hundreds of innocents, demons and witches.
